Our Customer service hours are Monday through to Friday 10.30am to 4.00pm when you can speak to a customer service representative.  Emails will be answered outside of these hours.

Our physical address is 18 Manchester Place, Te Rapa, Hamilton, but please note, we are strictly online and are unable to take visitors to the site.  We share our space with a company dealing with heavy machinery and OSH guidelines prevent us from allowing visitors on site.
